6. Sharing of Data

Inquiries & business correspondence: Up to 5 years (or longer where required by tax law).
Analytics & marketing data: Up to 2 years.
Consent records: Stored by Complianz for proof of compliance.

We may retain data for longer periods to establish or defend legal claims.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will notify you and the Hellenic DPA of any personal data breach in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.

11. Children

Our services are intended for business users and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version applies from the date shown as “Last updated” at the top. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our website or by email where appropriate.
